Call to report for duty in various public institutions – 15 January 2026

The Secretary of the Secretariat for Employment in the Public Service wishes to inform job applicants for various positions who attended interviews conducted between 05 January 2025 and 22 December 2025 that the results of applicants who passed the interviews are as listed in this announcement. The list also includes some candidates who were in the database for various cadres and have been assigned duty stations after vacancies became available.

All candidates who passed the interview and have been assigned duty stations will receive their appointment letters through their Employment Portal accounts under the “My Applications” section. They are therefore required to download and print the letters and report to the respective duty stations to which they have been assigned. 

Furthermore, applicants who passed the interview and have been assigned duty stations are required to report to the Employer within the period specified in their appointment letters, carrying original academic certificates starting from Form Four level and above for verification before being issued with employment letters. 
Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they were not successful and/or were not allocated positions. They are therefore encouraged to apply again when new job vacancies are announced.
