HINDI SPEAKING CALL CENTRE REPRESENTATIVES - 20 POSITIONS

HR World limited on behalf of our client, we are looking for twenty Hindi speaking call centre representatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
2. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
3. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
4. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
5. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
6. Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
7. Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
8. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative target

Qualifications:

Education - diploma / certificate / bachelor degree
Fluent in hindi language - both spoken and written
One to two years experience in similar role
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
