Job description. 

1. Develop new clients (exporters or logistics companies) and acquire their bookings
2. Manage customer relationship

4. Schedule sales activity

6. Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
7. Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person. 
8. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships. 
9. Follow up on sales activity. 
10. Plan and conduct marketing activities. 
11. Perform quality checks on service delivery. 
12. Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management. 
13. Carry out market research and surveys. 
14. Participate in sales events. 
15. Monitor competitors, market conditions and service development.
